Laser Mom Decor with MDF Sub Heart Blank

Our Mom Decor signs are cut with our powerful laser machine and made from 3mm Basswood and Sublimation MDF Board.  These blanks are raw and ready for you to complete.  You can paint, stain, or just sand and seal the wood.  The MDF Board heart shaped insert comes with a protective film that MUST be removed before you can sublimate on it.  

Prior knowledge of sublimation is REQUIRED.  You will need to be able to print and press your image onto the MDF board.  The recommended press temp is 356 Fahrenheit, the recommended press time is 120 seconds, recommended pressure is light to medium , allow to cool before you peel.

 Every printer, press, and operator are different.  Please keep this in mind when you press this material for the first time.  We are NOT responsible for failed projects.  It is recommended that if you have not pressed onto MDF before that you purchase several inserts to practice on.  

Each Mom stand and heart insert will fit a little bit differently as wood will expand and contract for many different reasons outside of our control.  It may sometimes be a very tight fit or even have a little bit of wiggle room.  You may need to use wood glue or even some pressure to insert the mom sign.  Each insert, Mom sign, and stand are inspected, put together, and taken apart prior to packing and shipping.
